Goldminer indicator ?

Does anyone know the content of the goldminer indicator ?...seems to be a traffic light style indicator used in conjunction with RSI... I've seen a few images on Forex sites, which look reasonable, so I thought I'd try to develop it, but none describe whats its actually based on - maybe a copyright issue ? Any thoughts guys ?
