Tiger, I discovered you can enter a negative value on some lines but not others, not sure why that is, but I only need 1 or 2 negative levels so it should work out fine.

I'm imagining you want to connect the median value of all the TICK bars. Here's how you do it:

1) put an SMA 1-period
2) go into the settings of the SMA indicator and edit the 'input series' to 'median' instead of 'close' price of the TICK.

I do this to create a median line for the TICK on my chart to give a quick glance and see if it's staying above or below the '0' line.

Hope this helps

- Ken

I've added the ^TICK data series(1-min) my NT chart however it is not updating intra-bar or even after the bar closes...I'll have to "reload historical data" to make it update...any ideas?

Same issue with NinjaTrader 8 RC1, bug or feature?

edit: best of all if I could plot ^TICK in a panel, under the price (similar to i.e. RSI or other indicators)

Hi Ken, I did everything you said but my chart still stays the same with the indicator being drawn as a moving average and not changing to the Median type of display. Do you have any idea why that would be?
Thanks.

No idea. You're set up screen looks exactly like the one I posted? Hmmm.

I haven't used this in forever, and just recovered from a dozen blood clots that clogged up my heart. I will go back and take a look here this week and try to help you. I'll be posting much more often again.

Hi Ken, dont worry about it, don't use the platform anymore.
Good luck with your recovery.
