New Optimization Types

Hi everyone,
First, Thanks for posting this solution to a very necessary update.

For all those in the future who will scratch their head for a few minutes before solving it (like I did), I hope this will save you a few minutes.

1) download any optimization
2) then unzip it
3) then copy the file to your C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Type
4) then compile any strategy or indicator in Ninjatrader because that will also compile the newly added custom optimizer
5) then restart ninjatrader

Along with this, I have a question ...

How can I add other parameters to the Kratio or Rsquared optimizations above? Specifically, maximize kratio plus minimize drawdown plus maximize profit over 30% plus number of trades over 50?

Hi!

First of all thanks a lot for sharing the script!!

Unfortunately, it works only in NT7. Does anyone have the eleRSquared and/or the eleRSquaredXnetProf Optimizer (or something similar) for Ninjatrader 8 and can share it?

I tried to recode it to make elevens script work in NT8 but unfortunately failed. Would very much appreciate, if someone could has and can share it.
