Try the rancho dinero tools. There is a free version and reasonably priced deluxe version of volume profile.
Even the free version has more features than those previously mention in this thread. And RD has a bunch of other related tools as well.

Can you point me to the free version? I've been on their site but I don't see it.

Their free version is time limited. My suggestion get futures.io (formerly BMT) Elite and use Gomi's suite.

Where can I find out more about the Gomi indicators without signing up for elite (as the only reason I'd sign up for elite right now is if I felt the Gomi indicator would meet my needs)? E.g. screenshots and features

Listen, spend the $50 or whatever the elite donation is now . It will be the best invest you ever spend. You have no idea the gem you have in front of you in this forum.

Rancho stopped offering evaluation versions since I posted this many months ago.

If you use ninja, the $50 admission to elite is worth it just for fattail's indicators imo. Gomi indicators are good for what they are, free. If you get serious, you'll want more and you know my preference.

I've got no problem paying the price if I see value. But as a new user here the value is not apparent. I'm not saying it's not there, I'm saying as a new user I literally don't know what it is. So what is the value of being an elite member?

@stockpapa

You'll have to take an article of faith here. I fully agree with @Snoop, there are plenty of gems once you're an elite member. $50 is certainly not a throwaway sum, but you won't regret being an elite member. I certainly didn’t and have benefited a lot from it. The sharing of knowledge, experience, advice and indicators (mostly NT7) are awesome.

As for Fat Tails indicators, he has coded many quality ones. Some of them deal with pivots and volatility and he'll also help to edit indicators if he can afford the time. I myself use his VWAP indicator, among others. Not only that, there are many other elite members who are willing to spare time and effort to help create or edit indicators, for free. Imagine that!

The webinars are also priceless (imo), mainly coz the presenters that Big Mike invites have the depth of experience or industry knowledge to share and they adhere to the futures.io (formerly BMT) theme of sharing, not selling - and that’s the other thing which I appreciate deeply.

Last but not least, there are many trading journals that you can access to and the comments in them are really invaluable. I’m still too undisciplined to start a journal, but I’ve learnt a lot by subscribing to some of them.

Btw, I'm not sure if it's still $50 coz I seemed to remember that I paid $75. It doesn't matter, coz the membership has paid itself many times over..

Hope this helps and all the best in your trading!
