I'm sim trading in NT and have a peculiar situation.
I've got a buy limit order that I placed last week that seems to be stuck. The Orders tab is telling me that is is "PendingChange" and the order symbol on the chart has turned orange along with the state field of the orders tab in the main workspace window. I cannot delete/cancel the order. I cannot adjust it in anyway.
I have restarted NT even rebooted my computer with no luck in removing the order. Anyone seen this odd behavior before?
To be sure, I'm going to close everything again and reboot my computer. I'll update this post when I come back.
Nope! order is still there. Mind you i'm sim trading. what could possibly be causing this order to be "PendingChange"??

In the past when this happened to me, I would go to tools - options - repair database (not reset). Then File - Flatten Everything. Exit and reload ninja. If the problem is still there, then you probably have to reset your entire database, or re-install NinjaTrader.
I ended up just resetting. This is fine with me because it's just a sim account and i'm not keeping close track of earnings. I usually take a snapshot of my trades anyway so I have a visual record even if I lose everthing on a reset. still, thanks to all who contributed solutions.
