Great Pivot Indicator - needs a slight modification
What Frank meant was he has a cripple version of Ninja it doesn't have edit/compile selection. Frank just needs to send an email to Ninja support asking for a license of a free full version (not the same as paid version) but it will let you compile cs file. Here is the zip file.
