Click Downloads
Click 'search' on the new bar that appears below
Type 'tsi'

It is for NT7, you'll need to upgrade as no one is developing for NT 6.5 any more.

Mike

You can try to download the NT7 version, extract the .cs-file from the zip-file and then copy it into the directory NinjaTrader 6.5 -> bin -> Custom -> Indicators. The edit the indicator with NinjaTrader, replace "GridCategory" in lines 77 and 87 with "Category" and try to compile it.

If you are lucky, it will compile. I do not use NT 6.5 any more. There is no reason to stick with it.

Thanks. If i cant get it to compile, can someone convert it for me? I am willing to pay if its reasonable. Unfortunately i have prop indicator that only works on 6.5 so its easier for me to stay on that platform. I dont trade off it. I just use my indicators.

Why don't you convert your prop indicator to NT7?

The TSI should compile. If it does not, just let me know the error message.

You can send me a private message. Sometimes conversion is only a matter of replacing one or two lines in the indicator code. If your indicator runs as a protected assembly (can not be edited), I can not convert it.

Thanks @Fat Tails for your TSI indicator ! The smoothing makes it easier to read, less false signals...

This is a long shot request : is it possible to add an histogram that plots the difference between the 'true strength index' and the 'signal line' ? Pretty much like the histogram on the MACD plots the difference between the moving averages ? By playing with the settings, I think we could be really close to spot cycles, hi and low ...

Thanks so much in advance !
