if it is data error right click on chart reload all data history or wait until they correct the data error.

Right click in your chart, Reload Historical Data, if the bad tick (wick) is still present, you can then edit the data, it should be there. If not, please contact our support department for additional help.

Maybe you use a data provider such as Interactive Brokers . They do not have historical tick data, so you cannot correct it.

To my knowledge you can also filter bad ticks (% off market) from Tools>Options>Data

I think the problem is the sessions template you have chosen. Try setting it to default and see if that clears it.
