To my knowledge you can also filter bad ticks (% off market) from Tools>Options>Data

Maybe you use a data provider such as Interactive Brokers. They do not have historical tick data, so you cannot correct it.

I think the problem is the sessions template you have chosen. Try setting it to default and see if that clears it.
