I have a very short week coming so I'm not sure I will get far enough to consider the two views that you mention. But that is the essence of what I'm looking at. Can I find something that clarifies my hallucination?
i do not watch breadth really.....as its available only at RTH. But someone can probably point you to and their observations on the divergences today in breadth.
I have searched the internet, and I see the Cumulative Tick and Adjusted Cumulative NYSE Tick (Steenbarger's) indicators available for TOS, Tradestation, NT7...not for NT8.
Does anyone use either with NT8, and can you provide a link to the indicator download?
It seems evaluation of a market internal in this fashion, could be very useful.
