for future requests or problems, it's extremely helpful to include the following:
- nt7 or nt8
- pic of your settings (also what version is used)
- when error message, post the content of that message
- when showing a chart, include also what bar type (sometimes there're differences between minute and tick bars)
in short, the more information you can give, the easier it will be to help.
in your case, you're using a modified version. this is not from @dorschden. best to delete your version and download the original
After using the recent NT7 version of PAS I've noticed it doesn't recognize a minimum swing size of one. More specifically it won't recognize an outside bar as an equal or HH, or and equal or LL. (see attached). Also with these settings it won't recognize a DT/DB when only 1 bar separates the HH or LL.
Can anyone please help with the code so it will accurately plot labels for 1. and outside bar and 2. a small DT/DB.

I´m trying to send a print message to the output window every time the PAS Oscillator triggers a tendence switch (green bars <-> red bars) to no avail .
I´ve programmed easy code in the past but I´m unable to program such a simple code (at least that´s what I thought before starting).

Hello All, it's been some time since my last post...
Love the indicator; I was hoping to add my request to my charts and need some help as to how to accomplish this.
I am using NT7 on windows 10.
the attached screenshots show the settings I am using for the PAS indicator along with the NQ 610 tick chart.
I have a quick question, if you look at the attached chart photos (see links/attachments below), I wanted to find how to write code so I can print the product of the latest "Swing High" divided by the latest "Swing Low". And be able to print it to the upper right corner of the chart. I tried reading the code on the indicator and I wasn't able to figure it out myself.
I have read about 50-60 pages of this thread so far, and I started to get 'glossy-eyed' after a bit. So if someone posted this information already, I apologize in advance for not seeing it.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated as to how I can accomplish this.
