Hi Abde, thanks for the reply. Sorry, I don't quite understand your point. I set it as Alert1.wav which is already in the \sounds folder? I have also checked that Alert1.wav is indeed in the \sounds folder on my computer.
I also tried changing the field to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\sounds\Alert1.wav'. There is no sound either.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
if you changed the alert to: Alert1.wav in the indicator window, then it should work. unless you forgot to set "abc patttern" to "long, short or long and short". it's under swing features.
edit: also if you use a sound file that is not supported by nt, you'll find an error message in the control center log: "unable to play sound file ..."
Thanks for all the answers so far. Seems perhaps I may have misunderstood the functions/settings. Maybe I should take a step back and explain what I am looking for.
I would like an alert sound whenever the red / green / yellow dots are plotted on the chart so I do not need to stare at the screen the whole time. How can I do this and what settings are required?
@Abde: Can I know where to find the PASPwithDBDTsound indicator? My version is PriceActionSwingPro. Thanks!

Hi! I was so intrigued by this indicator that I just had to get hold of NinjaTrader to see it live! It is great - thanks!!!!! I do however currently use TradeStation, and therefore I wonder: Has this been translated to EasyLanguage? I do a little programming on my own, but having walked through the code in NinjaTrader I am pretty convinced that I am NOT able to do this myself.....
The PASPwithDBDTsound indicator is a modification from @Tasker_182 and itīs also named PriceActionSwingPro. You can find it besides the DBDT sound files in post #8306 here:

There are no alerts for the red / green dots (HH-LH-HL-LL) but for the yellow dots (DT-DB).
I haven't attached the indicator but rather the link to it. So Iīm not sure now if he can access it. On the other hand, RYap already ownes the PAS.
Maybe @Big Mike can have a look if itīs ok or delete my post as necessary.
