You must set the "Plot" property to SwingRelation or SwingTrend or AbcSignals. See attached pictures. The second one is for the cell conditions.

I had done that But I see you make a cell condition alert for values of 0,1,2,-1,-2. What inputs should I use for those if I want to look at Swing Trend, Swing Relation & ABC formations? I assume -2 =DB -1= DT 0= no trend 1= UT 2= DT for Swing Relation. Settings for the other 2?

Thanks

Cell conditions for the market analyzer.

...

Hi dorschden, thanks for the details and update. I have never used the market analyser so pardon my ignorance but when you use the SwingRelation to detect HH HL etc. On which timeframe or bar type are the swings evaluated ? Is this something you can set in the analyser ?

Hi trendisyourfriend,

Yes, you can set the timeframe in the same way as you set the chart timeframe with all the different chart types. But unfortunately you can only choose one timeframe for one column. So if you trade the ES on a 4 range chart and CL on a 5 minute chart, you have to add two columns.
Hopefully one day Ninjatrader is able to handle the timeframes for each instrument. While then the market analyzer will become a much more powerful tool for all traders which trade more than one market without auto strategies.

Did you save the file as *.zip? The file in the download section is definitely a zip file.

thank you very much dorschden. we are very lucky to have you here.

maybe I'm too tired or just doing something wrong. but I can't get the paint bars in the swing trend indicator to work anymore. I don't think you made any changes to that indicator anyway.

thanks again for your outstanding work.
