I had to delete all the PAS and associated files to eliminate a name space compile error. I am going to try to import the PASPro from the thread that has the anaKVO language included. @Silvester17 Would that version that you modified be the latest version from its creator as well?

Dan

yes, this is the latest version.

here's a version with just anaKVO:

and here's the version with a cci and the anaKVO. keep in mind, with this version you have to replace the base indicator (because more than 1 indicator was added).

All squared away with the version that includes KVO. Thank you for hanging with me on that. I really appreciate the help and the input.

I am interested in this Price Action Swing Pro, first for the divergence spotting ability. I have two other items that I would LOVE to have included as "base indicators" in the divergence spotting element. From what I understand those can be added by someone that knows what code to grab and insert? However, I do not feel like I should ask for more help at this time...rather, I believe the respectful thing to do in the thread is to master what is here and learn the scope of the entire indicator...it is indeed very interesting.

It is somewhat timely as we just had John Ehlers had a guest for webinar that one of those base indicators is an adaptive CCI using his code. The other thing I'd love to see the divergence spotter digest is my version of RSqueeze. My Rsqueeze uses 4 pairs of Gaussian filter to generate the oscillator and visual divergence recognition with that one has been paying the bills. When and if it is appropriate I could provide code and join in on the discussion. Eventually I will try it myself (the code edits), but that is NOT my strength.

So for now, I want to learn the broad scope of this great contribution and see how it fits my hallucination.

Is there a way to change the swing size to "any"? For example maybe I want to see an ABC pattern over not only a swing size of 5, but also 7, 9, 10, 50, 1, 2, etc. Any way to do this?

Thanks to everyone contributing to this thread, especially the coders.
A question for traders -
Is the Klinger volume oscillator (KVO) always as prescient as this?
Reliably ?

George,

the Fibonacci retracement/extension and the AB=CD entry area are only plotted for the last swing. Here is an example for the AB=CD pattern. You can see the Fibonacci Retracement and the entry area for AB=CD.
Attachment 5209
And here you see the target zone which is visualize with the Fibonacci extension.
Attachment 5210

In the next version I will add the letters above the swings and the retracement value. Furthermore I'll see whether I can visualize the AB=CD rules you mention. BTW thank you for the Harmonic Trading rules!

The Fibonacci tools have the default settings from your NinjaTrader and for the entry area you can change the color in the Xtras category.

Where did you get that "D" from in the second image? I would like to use that in mine

I can not determine why this example was not spotted?

@Silvester17 do you know?

of course I do

it all depends on your settings. with your settings (swing size 5) you have a higher low (1.3543) in between. and therefore you don't have a divergence:

and if you change the swing size to let's say 7 (bigger swings), there's no higher low in between and the divergence will show up:

Hi @Silvester17

question,

how can I add the Ergodic indicator as an divergence indicator by myself or is it necessary to change the code?

thanks

michael

everything is very well explained on the first page by @dorschden

under divergence, there's a link that will explain step by step how to add an indicator:
