Hi

Thanks for your advise.

With regard to PAS indicator with GomCD update as released by you, I don't have to load GomCD indicator separately in the charts.

In this case will my live data be recorded under my documents folder?

Appreciate your advise please.

I'm pretty sure it will not record. at least I couldn't find anything in the code.

Please remember the delay involved with any zigzag based indicator. If you watch it in real time, you'll see what I mean.

not quite. one of the many advantages of the pas over any zigzag based indicators is no delay. it plots hh, hl, ll and lh in real time!!

however, the hh, hl, ll and lh will get adjusted if necessary

Hi,

Big Thank you for creating the PriceActionSwingPro indicator it is wonderful.
I was wondering if there was a way to get a sound alert when the Gann Swing turns direction?
It is a great indicator of when a swing is about to change, especially if you are watching it from a higher time frame.

Thank you again for creating and perfecting this indie.

you can set the colors how you like them. I use blue for higher high and higher low, and red for lower low and lower high. the number represents the delta of the current swing. like mentioned in a earlier post, I prefer not to advise about logic and how to use it. I'm not using divergences in my trading.

if you have a gom indicator with recording set to true, then you'll have historical data. please read in this thread:

Finally I have set up The GomCD indicator running with recording feature with the help of YOU, Mike, et al in this forum.

As a next step, I have read many article to understand and make use of Swing CD & Absolute volume numbers printed at each of HH/HL/LL & LH swing pivots.

i'm sure many use this as a trading edge in arriving at the entry and exit decisions.

Can you or any learned members in this forum thro' some light on how to interpret these numbers ? This would help me and many other newbie members like me in this forum to move forward in using this wonderful indicator more effectively.
May the inventor of this indicator may also chip-in to contribute his wisdom.

I have a suggestion for this fantastic indicator that you have created. Can you add volume count to the swings. For example: Up swing A = 3000 contracts/shares / Downswing B = 1000 contracts/shares. ?

I think the volume of swings can be used as a great measure of the strength of the swing. And warn us of potential trend reversals or pauses.

Here is a link to Ord Volume charts. That shows you sample charts of volume swings. You can also see how he uses this volume swing information in his trading. You might be able to implement some of these ideas in the NT7 version.
