Yes Price action swing will paint bars for you if you have the swing type turned on to Gann style and paint bars turned on to true in the Gann Swings section of the indicator properties box.

How would I go about changing the color of the inside paint bars from black to some other color (Yellow ?)

I use Black back ground on my charts . . . I am not programming literate so need good guidance . . . .

I am sure that the candle colors can be changed in the code if you open up the code by edit indicator. However I could not find the color scheme for the candle coloring in the code when I looked so it will take someone more knowledgable of PAS to open the code and show you where to make the changes. I am sure that someone on this thread is more skilled with this ability than I and could help you if it is possible.

Hi

can anyone help me please ?

I am trying to create a strategy and i just keep on getting the same errors

I am using Swing Pro but I found the code and changed it . . . and low and behold it works . . . that might be the first piece of code I've ever written . . .

I installed the new version and I am now receiving this error when adding the indicator.

"11/16/2012 1:49:58 AM,Default,Indicator 'NinjaTrader.Indicator.PriceActionSwing' could not be deserialized: There is an error in XML document (1, 3224).,"

I had the same error message occur.
You need to delete PriceActionSwingPro.xml from the following location:
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Indicator.
Unfortunately any alterations to the "properties" of PriceActionSwingPro that you may have saved as a template will be lost.
Just change any "properties" as desired and resave the template.

I knew about the Gann paint bars but I was looking for standard swing options paint bars.
