Bar back adjusting line coding, is it possible?

Does anyone know how to code the following:
1. A line at the close of the last 10th bar or whatever, of course there should be a user parameter function for this.
2. At the close of the next bar that line would move up or down depending on what happened.
I have attached a video explaining. Which I could code but don't know how. Thanks Hector

Here you go. The indicator is quite useful, as it is a different way of showing the n-period momentum.

HI FT,

How do you get the price marker to show on the vertical scale to plot the price. The price marker is set to True but does not display level. Also is it possible to apply an audio alert if price touches the horizontal line.
