I downloaded the QQE indicator. I'd very much like to get "paint bars" based on that indicator.
If value 1 is > than value 2 paint bars green.
If value 1 is < than value 2 paint bars red.
I'm fairly new to Ninja and have no knowledge about programming.
Would anyone be so kind, please, to do the code that would accomplish
the above? 14/5 are the standard inputs. Would like it to work with
any & all inputs of course.

Attach the indicator and someone might do it for you, if you are asking this. If you are asking to learn how to do it yourself, then Jura's post is correct.

If you want a high chance someone will do it for you, there is an Elite thread where pretty much most requests get taken care of:
