Hi there
just wondering if the macdbb could be modified so instead a bollinger band a keltner channel is also used, secondly the dots change color when above or below zero line besides the normal falling & rising change in color. third is it possible that arrows are plotted on the chart when the dots penentrate the above or bottom channels. fourth could the dots have a connecting line between them that change color (rising-falling)as well & in the last can the price marker values be in the 0, 100, 200, 300 & -100, -200, -300...... instead of 1,2,3.... -1,-2,-3.....
any help would be appreciated
thanks

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I will present a webinar on very basic Ninjascript coding and debugging. As you know NinjaScript is based on C#, but this will not be a webinar on C# programming itself, I will only show very basic C# stuff.
1. Why do you prefer a Keltner Channel?
2. The dots currently change color, when rising or falling and when inside or outside the Bollinger Bands. This means already 4 different colors, your request would require 8 colors, quite confusing.
3.I think there is an arrow plotting version around.
4.What does this mean? As far as I know, the MACD is not normalized but can take any values depending on the underlying.
fat tails thanks for the response, well someone told me that blue wave used keltner channels as well as bollinger bands in one of their indicators which worked out pretty cool it had an option of bollinger and keltner just wanted to see if it could get replicated somewhat. secondly it would be 4 colors as rising & falling would be 2 colors & above zero below zero would be 2 colors dont want the colors to change crossing the bands just want arrows to be placed on the chart when dots cross the upper or lower band & dont worry about the price marker values that just confuses everything.
I really appreciate the hard work you put in, & amazingly really fast, considering all the coding you do around here when do u get a chance to trade lol....
Now that you have given me a plot i will play around with it.
