If you don't get an answer in this thread in 2-3 days, you should repost here:

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.
6)

When indicator paints I want an alert to sound.

You only need to open the NinjaTrader help file, type the word "alert" and then select Alert() on the dropdown menu.

You will immediately find the Syntax of the alert command that you need to insert:

Code
Alert(string id, Priority priority, string message, string soundLocation, int rearmSeconds, Color backColor, Color foreColor)
They also have a nice example that explains how to do it.

Then for the KeyReversalUp Indicator you just add the two line

Code
if (Low[0]<MIN(Low,Period)[1] && Close[0] > Close[1])
Alert(...........);
in OnBarUpdate(). I think you should try yourself!

Don't forget to put your favourite sound file into Ninja Trader's sound directory.

Thanks... I learned that programing takes more education than I currently have. A walk through is very helpful to me, and I will begin to learn the ins and outs of making changes to my indicators. Thanks again for the input.
