At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. To succeed, you need to surround yourself with the right support system, educational content, and trading mentors Ė all of which you can find on futures io, utilizing our social trading environment.

Mods: Please remove .cs files from post #13 & #22

Removed from post 13 (yours), but for post 22 will need to get the author of the post to say it's ok, I don't want to remove it not knowing what it is.

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Mike

If I am not mistaken, the cs was taken from one of Zac's earlier post. So it's ok to remove it.

Latest version available in the Elite section:
https://futures.io/free_downloads/vip_elite_circle/908-download.html

I downloaded this, imported successfully, but can't find it. Its not under Data series>chart style, or listed as an indicator. I compiled some other indies to flush it out but no luck. Where is it hiding?

Ninja requires a restart when importing a bartype before is will show up.

I went through the download/ restart loop a couple times to no avail, should it show up as a chart style or an indicator?

I remember someone saying you had to manually move it to the Types folder in Documents\NinjaTrader\bin\custom, because a regular import puts it into the Indicators folder...

?

It has gotten itself into the Documents\NinjaTrader\bin\custom\Type folder (no "@" in front)......

Do you have other custom BarTypes loaded? If so, which ones?

Have you tried to compile an indicator to see if you have any NinjaScript errors?

The @ is for "stock" Ninja functions only.
