I took the three day trial but I don't need it bad enough to pay $55.00 for it. Plus it seems to hog a bit more resources than I am willing to give during live trading.

I first thought you made a bad joke, but then I saw that there is really somebody selling this for money.
The indicator code is rather simple, and I think that it is rather a gadget, not something that should be sold.
Here is a poor man's version that allows you to insert a background picture on the price panel.
If all the background storm 'n' smoke do not conform to, or indicate price movement, then I'm not for all these background stuff. @TMFT should have a go on a script that makes the background to indicate and not to "ecstasyse" ... I want to believe that he can do it, or is doing it.
