smi2 as a strategy

I would love to see smi2 as a strategy. My idea is to not wait for second bar to paint in a up or down direction but take first bar to signal strategy. Once a red or blue color starts a direction - a trade would fire off - hopefully catching a trend early. Any ideas out there people ????
