Hi all,
I've been lurking in the Futures io (Formally BMT) for a little while reading and learning. I've resigned myself a but to the fact that I haven't the time to really get into the coding aspect of C# for NinjaTrader so I'm hoping that I can draw on the talents of others.

I'm looking for an indicator in which the programmer left in a user defined input to indicate rising or falling (as in slope). And no, I'm not looking for one that handles MAs.

Obviously, I've taken a look at the "NT7 - moving average - green when rising, red when falling?" started by Todd. I also looked at the thread -- as well as looking at the MASlopeMulti3.42 indicator written by Erez, available to Elite members.

There are two problems. Erez's incredible indicator only allows a limited drawdown list of MAs and other like indicators, but I have my own separate indicator not (obviously) included in that list. I was hoping that I could choose another input -- as in any indicator input. I'm trying to catch the slope when it's tangent to a horizontal line. I CAN'T be the first to try and get this. The down-red/up-green treatment is the closest solution that I can think of.

I'm guessing that the answer potentially lies in MASlopeMulti, but I can't seem to find a thread that explains all the settings in detail. Anyone an expert in Erez's work that can assist?

Thanks, all
