Hi all,

I have a paintbar indicator I've made and want to match the standard VOL indicator's color to reflect the paintbar colors of the candlesticks. I've cloned the VOL indicator with the intent to do this but it seems I'm not going about it the right way.

Was wondering if anyone knew the proper way to do this.

FYI I'm currently grabbing the standard volume indicator simply by using a Name check against ChartControl.Indicators, which seems to work properly. I'm then setting its BarBrushes[barsAgo] to the new color in the same method I use to paint the bars. I thought this would work but I'm getting an index out of range error.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

EDIT: I could also just clone the logic into the VOL indicator however I was trying to avoid this. But if I had to do it, it wouldn't be a big deal. It only calculates stuff for each bar once.
