While NT is good for a lot of things, i don't think it is any good for options.
you may want to look at TOS as a platform for options.

I forgot for NT7 but with NT8 you can chart options:

You only have to create the instrument with the right mapping and the right type (it has be Stock, not Option) and the right exchange (OPRA):
