exit NT
start the tool (you need a free account
connect to their server
download the
contracts you want
exit the tool
start NT
and you should be able to choose the old
contract
and then connect to replay
and replay the data (mind setting the correct from/to date
open a chart, and you will see it moving
you may need to wait for a trading date,
as it will not move in the weekend

open a chart with the right
contract
chose the contract in the market replay
set the from date & to date
and play the play button
that's it.. your chart should replay the data
you can also go inside NT and look at the data
under tools / historical data manager
check that the tickdata is there to start from

I'm using historical data to analyze strategies, but when I 'download" data, nothing shows up on my strategy analysis.
