Hi! Does anybody know of an indicator that highlights reversal bars (not of the candlestick variety). A reversal bar would be a lower opening + lower low + higher close = up rversal bar and vice versa for the down reversal bar. Many thanks for your help! Kind regards, Ralf

There may not be a stock indicator but you can easily code this. NT has easy to use indexing so you can sequence just about any set of conditions you can think of.

For current bar index = 0
For 1 bar ago index = 1

So you can code something like:
If(Close[0] < Close[1] && Low[0] < Low[0])
{
// Do something / Enter trade
}

You have access to all the HLCO objects at any index. So you can sequence any number of conditions with the && (And) clause and hook multiple conditions together.

If this && and that && this and that are all true do this and that, etc.

Happy Trading

Ian
