Where to read the details of a Class used in NinjaScript

I come across a class usage such as Bars.Period.Id
I then go to Help but cant find any info on the Bars Class.


What is the best way can i get the details on how to use the Bars Class ?

This is a built-in object.

Best is to study the documentation, more specifically
and in particular with regards to data : NinjaScript -> Language reference -> data
