C# is limited mostly by your imagination and your money.
But some things should not be programmed.

I don't see the need to have a manual entry when a strategy can do it much better with no hesitation or waiting for more confirmation.

It sounds like you don't have a concrete method for entry and therefore need to enter the trade manually on your 'feelings' rather than on strictly defined rules. If that is true, no amount of programming will make a successful system.

You are right in that I don't have a well defined entry strategy. I have it at 90% but when looking at price action and what has been happening, I cannot qualify that in code with a set of rules right now. For example, when in a tight sideways channel or choppy market, I don't know how to create a rule base that will keep me out of entering a trade under those conditions (do you have code that does this?). Visually I can see these conditions. What typically happens with a strategy is I get whipsawed with entries and exits under these conditions. Manually, I can see these conditions and make the choice on whether to enter. If you have a good strategy that identifies chop or can determine the size of a channel and whether there is worthwhile room for the trade to happen, I'm all ears on that!
