looking for logical indicator

looking for a logical indicator. It should be able to do logical and operation of multiple logicals, such as crossing of two lines.

And plot the final logical (true or false) as red and green colors in a panel.

It should be not difficult to code it. But I wonder whether it already exists somewhere.

Hi usually this is just a part of indicator if time series1 crossover timeseris2
I think it is easy to implement . Try to lloking for MAcrossover indicator
