Is there anyway to get the x,y dimensions of the active window price panel ? So that we are able to use the native C# methods to place and/or draw objects or text at any location we choose ?

It would be nice to be able to paint an object or text directly on the visual price panel area without being forced to use the DrawText methods etc that are bound to references to past of current bars etc.

Help appreciated. Thanks.

The only help I can give you is to say yes that can be done. If you go on the NinjaTrader support forum and search for TRO you will find several indicators that use custom plotting techniques. There may be indicators here on futures.io (formerly BMT) but i cannot recollect any off the top of my head.

Look at the standard Ninja supplied basic VolumeProfile indicator, that will show you how to get going.
