May I add my sincere thanks to @ Fat Tails to those already given by others.

I create an instance of anaSuperTrendU11 in Initialize(). To do that, I supply various parameters to anaSuperTrendU11.

What if I want to change those parameters later to different values? Is it as simple as merely calling the method again with the new parameters to set the Indicator variable to the new anaSuperTrendU11? Or do I need to create individual Indicator instances for each and every variation of the parameters?

Given that I have 28 data series and possibly many variations of parameters, this later approach would tend to negate the usefulness of this very valuable indicator.

Thanks!

If you have a SuperTrend with permanently changing parameters, then you do not need to create an instance in the Initialize() section.

Creating an instance in the Initialize() section is just meant to simplify and speed up the strategy or indicator that calls the SuperTrend.

In case that your parameters are changing, you can simply call the SuperTrend with all its parameters from within OnBarUpdate().
