OnBarUpdate Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object

In the attached indicator I'm getting the subject error message. Any idea on what could be causing this and how to fix it?

You need to add this to the initialize section:

tmpSeries = new DataSeries (this) ;

TmpSeries was not initialized causing the error message.

Also "Count" was not declared in the variable section.

That is one weird looking indicator, care to share what it does and how it is used?
