the Answer is :
Opens[1][0] for the Open of the second barsarray, so the first added series.

So for using close of the second series would be

Close[2][1] > Close[2][0]

The comparing the closes of the second series.
???

Any ideas????

The current close of the first bar series would be Closes[0][0].

The current close of the secondary bar series would be Closes[1][0].

If you want to compare the closes of the secondary bars, the syntax would be

Code
if(Closes[1][0] > Closes[1][1])

// if the close of the current secondary bar is greater than the close of the prior secondary bar

so you have to use closes instead of close. that's what my problem was. Thank you Very Very MUCH!!! In your example how would you compare 2 secondary highs? I tried it the way you showed and ninja script came back with errors. Last question I promise.

For the secondary highs you would do the comparison in a similar way:

Code
if(Highs[1][0] > Highs[1][1])

// if the close of the current secondary bar is greater than the close of the prior secondary bar
