yep soumi - precise detailed conditions for every entry-bar - thats the core of such a strategy!
once you puted the first set together now, we create the thing to plot us arrows on every entry-signal-Bar to get a first overview.
Then we can start the finetuning / add. filtering.
these are the next steps.

I had this coded by one of my friends , he tried doing it but from the screenshots that I posted , it's not doing what I really wanted it to do , I think that ADXVMA system works better manually unless we add a different filter to it , if you compile it it will work but needs some adjustments , if someone can improve it that would be great !

i dont know what conditions you gave to the friend to put it in the code - so i can not look if or why it does not do what you want.
i dont know what to do now.
if you know exactly with which conditions your stratgy shall trade or not, you have to post here. this will be the basic stuff we try to build it on. that is what i can help.
but maybe also someone else can read more out of this postet strategy then me + has ideas to fix the wished things.
Thanks Max , I am attaching another screenshot you will see where visually I would like it to take the trade and where I would not like it to trade , my friend combined DMI and SMA crossing , as well , but the ADXVMA zones would give more confirmation to the long and the ADX would actually filter consolidation areas , I am not able to continue coding it due to my limited programming knowledge

Suomi, what (I believe) Max meant is you need to provide us with exact conditions of entry, exit and stop losses. For these you don't need to be a programmer but you need to put a bit more effort if you expect anyone here to help you.
Try using following example to capture all conditions:
1. Conditions for long entry:
a) ADX above X level
b) Blue DMI above red DMI
c) ....
2. Conditions for exit from long position
a) ADX below Y level
b) ...
3. Stop loss
a) 1.5 of ATR below entry position
b) move stop loss after Z happens
4. Conditions for short entry
a) ....
etc.
If you want your strategy to work you must own it and design it yourself. There is lot of people here who would be willing to help you but don't expect all your work will be done for you.
