I took a stab

Does this indicator have a name ? How do you use it? ( Besides a red/blue line moving up or down )

umm it looks like you already have it....right?
what are we taking a stab at...?
Is this the "guess the indicator game" again...

It is most likely TRO_Dynamic_SR3 found here.

I guess you do win, websouth. :-)

When I said took a stab, I meant that I just wrote one to match the one Zoethecus posted.

I win.

Which indic/version did you use ?
I tried TRO_Dynamic_SR3_v1.10.zip, with the same chart ($eurjpy 5min), but the result is quite different:
- the blue line (support) seems to be drawn using the LL
- the red line (resistance) seems to be drawn using the HH
On your screenshot:
- the blue line (support) seems to be drawn using the HL
- the red line (resistance) seems to be drawn using the LH

All I know about it is what you see in the OP. When blue line moves up, it's a short and when red moves down, it's a long.

I don't have this indicator, that's why I started the thread.

Thanks traderworks. Please post the indicator. You can name it whatever you like.

Sam and Zoe. - If you take the support and Resist lines in the Tro indicator and color them transparent then color the entry/exit lines blue/red you will get the effect you are looking for.

Zoe - just giving you a little crap...( )

I thought you had the indicator because of the screen shot...

The concept is a dynamic support/resistance over a set period (adjustable by you) When price crosses the mid point between these 2 points then a entry is generated. Like a see-saw or a fib retracement getting past 50%.... Once the weight of price is past the halfway mark it is assumed it will continue. You can turn on the midpoint lines in this indicator as well. Good luck.

Where'd you get that screen shot Zoe? It seems incredibly similar to TRO Dynamic S/R but I never see the lines cross in TRO's as they do in your screenshot. I could just be my lack of familiarity with the settings on TRO's indi.
