This might be true for Tripoli the capital of lybia which accounts 1.7 Mios inhabitants (out of total 6.4 Mios) but not for the rest of the population who was totally abbandoned for the last 40 years. The Italian history, and its colonial propaganda, was not good with Lybians, still everyday tens of boats with thousands of refugees are landing on the italian costs for a better living.

These refugees are from all over Africa who unfortunately come into Europe via our Italian friends because it's the closest to them. We Europeans need to support heavily the Italians in protecting the European borders.

But you are mistaking, show me the number of Lybians who come into Europe, it's close to ZERO. Refugees who say that they come from Lybia might have lived there and worked there but they are no born Lybians. We are going to go into Lybia fighting in the name of freedom, but there's only 1 reason, to secure our oil in the West. We need to control that country just like we needed to do it in Irak.

Libya, Irak and Iran all have to much oil. I agree on that strategy, since we need to defend our Western society BUT don't do it in the name of freedom for the people, that's just BS, just say we're going in for the oil. Don't give me that political free the people crap. Every politician in the western world is shouting: "The Lybians want freedom, the people are driving the change" It's a big damned lie. It might have been in Egypt and Tunesia but in Lybia they want Kadhafi.

I just read that there are 1,5 million foreigners working in Lybia.

Can you imagine ? 1,5 million people from outside doing all the jobs in Lybia ?

On maybe 5 million original Lebanese people ?

Re:

I hope everything would be in good terms now in Libya. I am very sad and lonely about what is happening in the country. Its economy and government is getting weak due to what's happening. Hope those people who causes the problems here would be enlightened.
