I'm thinking this is similar to what we see on an intra-day day-trading chart, how all of a sudden there's a big volume bar to the upside. Then, very shortly thereafter, it reverses to the downside.

One major push to drive prices higher so the short sellers can step in.

I believe that this is what is coming. Probably sometime in the next 2 -3 weeks. Get ready to go short.

After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!

We did a poll recently on futures.io (formerly BMT) asking if the S&P 500 would dip below 1000 in the next six months. By 3:1 margin, people said yes over no.

Now, the thing is, with such a bearish sentiment already existing in the marketplace, and yet price continues to move higher, this tends to tell me that all these people are already short but unable to drive prices down, meaning that price will move higher and be fueled by short covering.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.
