Smith Electric Vehicles imminent ipo

I'm not so much delivering news as asking for more of it. Smith Electric Vehicles, who are now a US company, have confirmed in email exchanges with me and other UK bulletin board members, that they remain on track for a 2011 listing on the Nasdaq. On May 4th in London, The Times newspaper reported that Goldman Sachs were talking of the ipo being pitched between $500m and a billion dollars - making it the biggest EV ipo since Tesla.

2011 is more than half over, and I presume a substantial period of notice is required - so if it is to take place this year, the proposal presumably needs to be filed in the next 10-15 weeks?

Smith used to be owned by Tanfield Group - a UK engineering company who currently maintain a 32.2% holding. I own Tanfield stock and hope to see its price jump if/when the pre-ipo hype kicks in.

Which bits of the US business news media should I be watching for information on upcoming IPOs?
