Tell that to to people who bought fixed income based stock such as REITS in the last 6-9 months.

This is why you should pay very little attention to any journalist. They dont trade, they dont invest, they just create sensationalist mumbo-jumbo to get eyeball counts that sell advertising space. Thats all a jurno is these days - a pimp for advertising execs. Very few journalists know anything in terms of first hand experience about which they write.

Journalism is a parasitic career.

When was the last time you learnt anything useful from any journalist? All they do is churn 2nd hand opinion and never deliver a conclusion. Just opinion. Well I've a few opinions of my own!....
