There were 31,000 new houses sold in the entire freaking country in August. There are 115 million households in the country. Of these new home sales, a full 3,000 happened in the entire Northeastern region of the country. This was the third lowest number of new homes sold in August in history.

This is what we get from the lowest mortgage rates in history, government backing of every loan, and a conspiracy between the Wall Street banks and the Federal Government to keep foreclosures off the market? Imagine how great the results will be when the current recession is acknowledged by the public in the next few months.

Good point. Still below 1970 levels. The recent upticks are built on a house of cards, just long enough to help the incumbent's re-election probably as planned. If everything collapses before the 2nd term of the fink is up, the globalists are just going to activate their global martial law plans. Not saying the other candidate is any better. The globalists made sure an island tax evader, job offshorer won the primary and marginalized Ron Paul.
