Obama says, "Yeah, my fellow Americans we need more money to spend!!!"

Democracy = the Majority Rules,
a system in which the supreme power is vested in the people
and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

Socialism = the Majority Rules,
a system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and conotrol of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

Communism = the Majority Rules,
a system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common,
actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.

..........................did i miss anything, can someone please tell me what is the difference really ??

The devil's in the details! Suggest you spend some time breaking down each one and understand the basics principles & operating models. It's also a sliding scale with infinite gradations and implementations.

......................over here it does not mention anything except "the Republic for which it stands for",

if there is/was a sliding scale then why not just say:

and "the Democracy for which it stands for ",

or "the Socialism for which it stands for",

or "the Communism for which it stands for".

The Legal interpretation is very precise, it has to be otherwise, what is it good for ??

And those words, were did not just come about 50 years ago

the Words are ideas, and they have a well definitive meaning standing behind them!
