President Obama's jobs plan will lower taxes for companies that hire new workers and cut in half payroll taxes paid by workers and small businesses. The plan was expected to cost around $300 billion but one source said it was more like $450 billion.

Holy Grail trade: fade the president

When the Presient speaks, markets go down. It's not just Obama, I've seen it happen every time I watched the market when Bush spoke too (chart is based on Pacific time zone).
