getting order state and modifying order in multicharts.net (C#)
Hello All,
I'm coding strategy for multicharts.net and can't find any example of getting order state, if it is open or filled. Also I need to modify existing limit and stop orders, how I can do it?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
from the top of my head I'd say you can't get the state of an order directly, unless you subscribe to Trademanager updates maybe. However the latter will only work in realtime.
You can monitor for changes in market position and/or contracts and check which order was filled last to give you an idea.
What problem do you have with modifying existing limit and stop orders? You can simply change the price you used for issuing the order.
