the outcome should be identical given your settings and the code matches, otherwise you have found a bug and should contact the developers. My guess would be that something in either settings and code is slightly different and therefore you get different results. As the RSI doesn't use past data beyond the number of bars the length settings dictate, the values should match after both studies have computed for more bars than the length setting.
Therefore a slight difference in the code or in the data you apply it to (rule that out by applying it to the same chart) will be most likely causing this.
