Has anyone else experienced the following problems before? I'm finding they're hard to replicate so wanted to check I'm not the only one experiencing this:

The setup is using the Multicharts DOM to put an order into OEC.

1. During fast markets, your orders are not displayed in the Multicharts DOM at all, but nevertheless they have been sent to OEC. The danger is clicking the limit or market order again thinking you did not click properly. The nasty surprise comes when you logon to OEC to check what is going on. You find there are multiple orders there and in fast markets these are very expensive to fix.

2. You think the automated exit strategy has completed and all one-cancel-other orders have been cancelled. The "Cancel All" button is also greyed out. However, when you logon to OEC to check you find previous stops and limits are still there, or worse in fast markets they have been triggered and executed.

I do not have this problem with Interactive Brokers plus Multicharts DOM with Multicharts automated exit strategy.

The problem seems to occur in fast markets. The local computer hardware and network are high spec so not the problem.

I am also considering switching to Ninja Trader if anyone has experience of both and would recommend one or the other as the more stable platform?

Thank you.
