It seems that MultiCharts .NET Starter Edition is no longer available.
No reason why on their website. Does anyone know if this is the case?

MarkG,

that's correct. I think when MC was offered via Interactive Brokers (either for free or for a monthly fee of 39$ depending on your needs) it was discontinued.

MC .NET Starter Edition was discontinued although one could say that it's now available through Interactive Brokers.

The discontinued MultiCharts .NET Starter Edition was not offered via Interactive Brokers.

MC .NET SE has been replaced with MC .NET for TWS. This latter is offered through Interactive Brokers and not discontinued.

One of the biggest differences between both is that MC .NET SE only offered two symbols, but did had free trading from inside MultiCharts and the choice of data feeds.

MC .NET for TWS has unlimited symbols, but no QuoteManager or Portfolio Backtester and trading from inside MultiCharts (either automatic or with the chart trader) requires the monthly subscription. Using it for chart analysis is free, and it also offers all programming features that the regular MC .NET version offers.
