Well I finally got it working, mostly. I emailed Kemp at Multicharts and it appears its not as straight forward as it should be. It does work with MC64 and MC DT (from AMP /CQG). In my case it may have been a firewall blocking proper connection. So I let MC and Quote Manager full access through the firewall and it then enabled …
