Manual Chart Trading with Multicharts

Wanted to see whether anyone has the same problem as I do using manual Chart Trading in MC8 with IB.

I place a "Stop Buy" order that shows up on the chart just like it is supposed to (sienna marker, qty, price).
I place an exit strategy stop (sell) with a "Stop Loss" order dragging the icons from the chart trading window on the right. And it shows up correctly as well (in transparent colors).

I see the same "Stop Buy" order on TWS - so far, so good.

However, when the "Stop Buy" order executes (for the correct price and qty), the "Stop Loss" disappears from the screen and is nowhere to be found.

Moreover, when I look at the "Order and Position Tracker" window under "Orders" tab, I see that the "Buy" order was filled and about 5-7 seconds seconds later an order for the same security (but a different random quantity) is listed as cancelled - e.g. 500 shares bought and 213 cancelled; 600 shares bought and 100 cancelled.

1. Does or did anyone have similar issues?
2. Assuming something is setup incorrectly, any hints in where I should look?

I am still in a trial period and find MC pretty useful and good.

Help would be highly appreciated.
